- Our system is designed to decline purchases outside of your established limits

Purchase Alert emails let you know when drivers use their fleet card against company policy
- To complement the hard limits of authorization controls, you can set purchase guidelines that define company policies drivers need to follow
- Choose from a variety of predefined guidelines such as Regular Fuel Only or Diesel Only
- When a purchase goes through that violates the guidelines, notification is quickly sent to you by email
